4/15/2018 Update: 

Paris was ADOPTED!!!!  We are extremely excited to announce Paris has found her forever home.

Paris joined NBBR as a breeder retirement/owner surrender.  Paris was part of a family breeding program and when it was determined she was no longer needed, the family decided to sell her on Social Media.  A friend of NBBR saw Paris and knew she could end up in the wrong hands if not helped.  They worked to safely get Paris and then surrendered her to Rescue. When Paris arrived, the first thing noticed was the dark stains on her legs and belly. Where Paris’ legs and belly should be white and pretty, they were yellow and urine stained.  The family had mentioned giving her a baking soda bath to remove some of the smell.  Paris was very timid and appears to have been physically abused sometime in her past.

Paris has been with her forever family since coming in to rescue as they are also her foster family.  She is loved and spoiled like the princess she deserves to be.  Congratulations to Paris and her forever family, another great match.

1/26/2018 Update:  

Please welcome Paris to the No Borders Bulldog Rescue family. Paris is a 5 year old female English Bulldog that weighs 51 lbs.

When Paris arrived, the first thing noticed was the dark stains on her legs and belly. Paris’s first stop was to the clinic.  While the vet listed by the owner had no information for Paris, the clinic had mostly good news.  Paris is Heartworm negative which is GREAT news.  She does have intestinal parasites and will need to be dewormed.  Paris has entropion in both eyes that will require surgery to correct. In addition to the entropion, she also has a scar on her lower eyelid that looks like it was torn during a fight.  In addition to her eye surgery she will need to be spayed.

Despite the less than stellar treatment Paris received in the past at the hands of humans, she is a loving and sweet girl. She is timid upon first meeting people, but with some calm words and a belly rub she warms up in no time.  After her surgeries are complete, she will be joining her foster family for some R&R and to begin her journey to find her new forever family.  Please stay tuned as we learn more about Ms. Paris and watch her blossom into the Bulldog she was always meant to be.
