5/31/2018 Update:  Belle was ADOPTED!!!!  It is with GREAT pleasure we are able to announce Belle has found her forever family and her happily ever after. 

Belle joined the NBBR family as an owner surrender. Belle’s family had had a significant change in their life. This change in lifestyle meant Belle was spending many hours crated.  The family really loved Belle and after much discussion and thought, they contacted NBBR and asked if we would help her find a forever home. The family knew they were no longer able to provide the best life for Belle. They wanted her to be happy and have all the attention she deserved.

Belle will now be known as Nola.  Along with a new name, she hit the forever family jackpot with a new Mom and Dad.  Belle will be the only dog and will have ALL the attention of both of her parents.  Nola’s parents had a Bulldog previously that they lost to illness. After over a year of grieving, they knew it was time to add a new family member.  They didn’t want to go to a breeder to find their new family member. They wanted to be able to help a Bulldog that needed not only a new home, but love and patience.  It was a match made in heaven. Congratulations are in order for Nola, Mom and Dad.   

5/20/2018 Update:  Please welcome Belle to No Borders Bulldog Rescue. Belle is a 2.5 year old female English Bulldog that weighs 56 lbs.

Belle, Beatrix and Blue all join the NBBR family as owner surrenders. Their family has had a significant change in their life. This change in lifestyle meant the Bulldogs were spending many hours crated.  The family really loved the trio of B’s and after much discussion and thought, they contacted NBBR and asked if we would help them find forever homes. The family knew they were no longer able to provide the best life for the dogs. They wanted them to be happy and have all the attention they deserve.

Belle’s first stop after joining was to the clinic to get a quick check up. Belle was very loved and well taken care of. She was up to date on all vaccines, Heartworm preventative and is Heartworm negative. Belle does have a minor skin infection that will require at least one round of antibiotics.

Belle is a very happy go lucky girl that appears to like everybody and everything she meets. She is the most timid of the three and will most likely require the most adjustment time.  The good news is Belle’s new foster Mom has a lot of cuddling time on the schedule for her and Belle.  While Belle has been living with Blue and Beatrix they are not a bonded group, they do well separated from one another as well as together.  While we would love to keep them together, that is highly unlikely so we will be focusing on each individual Bulldog and finding the best suited home for them.  Stay tuned for more information on Belle.  She has joined her foster family and will be settling in and getting comfortable.
